1. General
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through La Costa Rapida.
By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our store is operated through Shopify, and our products are manufactured and fulfilled by Printful.
2. Products
We sell clothing and other products that are manufactured on demand.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, sizes and other information accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Because products are manufactured on demand, minor variations in appearance, positioning or print may occur.
3. Prices
All prices displayed in our store are shown in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, such as:
- a product being unavailable;
- an obvious pricing or product description error;
- suspected fraudulent activity; or
- technical problems affecting the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your payment is processed through the relevant payment provider. We do not have access to your complete payment-card details.
6. Production and Shipping
Our products are made to order and are manufactured after an order is placed.
Orders are fulfilled by our production and fulfillment partner, Printful.
Estimated production and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
7. Free Shipping
Where free shipping is offered, the shipping cost is included in our product pricing and the customer will not be charged a separate shipping fee at checkout.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Details regarding withdrawal, returns and refunds are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will handle the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, photographs, text and other content displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to La Costa Rapida, unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with the operation of the website.
12. Third-Party Services
Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify and Printful, to operate, process and fulfill orders.
Those services may have their own terms and policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect at the time your order is placed.
