Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are made to order, each item is produced specifically after an order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Since our products fall under the category of "made to order", we generally do not provide a withdraw and refund without a reason. To check if you fall under this category, please read 2.

2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the product and, where relevant, the packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

You will not be required to bear the costs of returning a defective or incorrectly supplied product where applicable.

3. Incorrect Size or Change of Mind

If you simply ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind, we do not provide a refund. We highly suggest you check out the size charts added to each product.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot resell returned products as new.
